Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

Homvuhje provides cross-border legal services through its network of specialized partners. Services include legal consultation, litigation support, and commercial structuring advice. All services are subject to applicable German law and international regulations.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate, complete information relevant to their legal matter. Homvuhje is not liable for advice based on incomplete or false information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for promptly communicating any material changes to their circumstances.

3. Fees & Payment

Service fees are quoted individually based on matter complexity. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur interest at 5% per annum. Homvuhje reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. Confidentiality & Attorney-Client Privilege

All client communications are subject to strict confidentiality and attorney-client privilege. Homvuhje will not disclose client information without explicit written consent, except as required by law or court order. Our team maintains compliance with GDPR and German data protection standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Homvuhje's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. All claims must be raised within 12 months of service delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or jurisdiction of Dortmund courts, as agreed by both parties.

7. Modifications

Homvuhje reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be communicated to active clients 30 days in advance. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
